Registered American Pit Bull Terrier or American Staffordshire Terrier Dog by law.
1. The Buyer is to pay a non-refundable deposit on the pup in the amount of $500.00. Should the Buyer decide not to purchase the pup,
the deposit will be forfeited or transferable to another litter.

4. If at any time the Buyer decides that he or she can no longer keep the dog, they must first offer it back to the Seller at 50% of the original
purchase price. If the Seller/Breeder does not buy the dog back, it can be sold to another party once the breeder gives permission in

the dog to ensure this is completed.

5. Buyer will notify Seller at least on a bi-monthly basis as to the dog’s condition and provide a current photo of the dog. Buyer will also
provide a current health certificate from a licensed veterinarian if the Seller requests it. Buyer will notify us in writing of their new address

6. Buyer agrees to socialize the dog, keep it in healthy condition and feed it a quality food.
7. Under no circumstances is the Buyer to ever fight, roll or face off the dog with any other animal or dog. If there is evidence of the dog
being abused or used in any illegal activity, the Seller will repossess the dog with no financial reimbursement to the Buyer. The Buyer
also agrees to sign over all registration certificates to the Seller/Breeder immediately.

8. Seller agrees to replace the dog with another dog of equal value from the next available litter if it should have a major genetic fault (bite
or hips) until it is 24 months old. The dog must be returned alive and in good condition to the Seller with a statement from a licensed
veterinarian stating the problem. The problem/fault cannot be due to improper nutrition or exercise, fighting, bad care or unproven genetic
fault or sickness. All dogs come with a health certificate and their first set of shots, which are given by a licensed veterinarian.

10. Buyer agrees not to breed any intact female prior to her second heat or two years of age, whichever comes first. Buyer will be subject
to a $2,500.00 penalty if the female is bred on her first heat accidentally or otherwise. Buyer will pay all court costs in the collection of this
penalty. If Buyer is using this dog for breeding purposes, the first heat cycle needs to be documented by a licensed veterinarian.

11. Dog must be paid for in full including all shipping charges (plane ticket, health certificate, and crate) by the date of

12. All dogs will be shipped or picked up by the age of 9 weeks. If the Buyer is not in receipt of the dogs within this time frame due to their
problems, then they forfeit all investment in the dog and the dog will be sold to the next available approved home.

13. Should the Buyer break this agreement in any way, ownership of the dog reverts back to the Seller. The Buyer/Owner agrees to sign

Reservations/Approval:
To reserve a Diablo'sBullys dog, you must place a $500.00 nonrefundable deposit to be received within 48 hours of confirmation. This is
only a reservation. Pups are chosen at 6 weeks of age. At this time, payment must be paid in full. Serious inquires must be made over the

All buyers must be approved before any sales are made. All puppies/dogs must be placed in a well established home.
Health:
All animals will be in great health condition. All vaccinations will be up to date. Rabies on puppies is the buyers responsibility.

Shipping:
Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. (A $75 crate fee will be added to the total cost of the puppy for shipping purposes.) Any puppy
held more than 1 week at time of shipping will have a $75.00/week charge added to the total cost of the puppy. All fees must be paid prior
to shipping of the pup/dog.
